As the world watches two superpowers engage in a battle of wits, the Russian mafia is selling weapons in the basement. A handful of bad actors have gathered to arm their respective groups and worse still, if this deal goes public, it could spell disaster for world peace. 

Can FIST shut down the arms deal without alerting the press upstairs?

Players will have to contend with nosy SPECTATORS, devious AGENTS, and ruthless GANGSTERS before they can stop the ARMS DEALER.
